By accessing or using The New Wall Street website, purchasing any mentorship program, or participating in any educational content, community, or live session provided by The New Wall Street ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or purchase any of our programs.

02 Educational Purpose Only

All content, sessions, trade ideas, and materials provided by The New Wall Street are strictly for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing we provide constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

BG and The New Wall Street are not licensed financial advisors, brokers, or investment professionals. Participation in our programs does not create a financial advisory relationship of any kind.

03 Program Enrollment & Payment

By purchasing a mentorship program, you agree to the following:

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Program access begins upon confirmation of payment.
Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.
Enrollment in a program does not guarantee any specific trading results or outcomes.

04 Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital educational content and immediate access upon enrollment, all sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by The New Wall Street.

If you believe there has been an error with your purchase, please contact us at gimpinc2026@gmail.com within 48 hours of your transaction.

05 Intellectual Property

All content provided through The New Wall Street — including but not limited to live sessions, recorded materials, PDFs, trade frameworks, strategies, and written content — is the intellectual property of The New Wall Street and BG.

You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share any program content without express written permission.
Recording or screen-capturing live sessions is strictly prohibited.
Unauthorized distribution of our materials may result in immediate removal from the community and legal action.

06 Community Standards

Members of The New Wall Street community are expected to conduct themselves with professionalism and respect. The following behaviors will result in immediate removal without refund:

Harassment, hate speech, or disrespectful conduct toward other members or BG
Sharing, selling, or distributing program materials outside the community
Spamming, soliciting, or promoting other services within the community
Any activity that disrupts the integrity or learning environment of the group

07 No Guarantee of Results

Trading financial markets involves substantial risk. The New Wall Street makes no guarantee of profits, specific results, or trading success as a result of participating in any of our programs.

Individual results will vary based on experience, capital, discipline, market conditions, and many other factors outside our control. Past performance discussed in any session or material is not indicative of future results.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The New Wall Street, its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

Your use of or inability to access our programs or content
Any trading decisions made based on information provided in our sessions or materials
Financial losses incurred as a result of trading activity
Technical interruptions or unavailability of live sessions

09 Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during enrollment or contact is used solely to facilitate your program access and communicate with you regarding your membership. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.

10 Modifications to Terms

The New Wall Street reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
